ABOUT US 

In the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Jr. Chapter, we visit colleges such as NJIT, Stevens Institute of Technology, Rutgers, and TCNJ. We also participate in competitions against other schools. In past years, we have had internal competitions such as the Shark Tank Competition where NJIT college students served as judges. In our club meetings, students are introduced to modern concepts of engineering through demonstrations, building activities and projects, as well as hosting engaging speakers. The focus is to educate students and promote interest in the field of engineering and other S.T.E.M. fields.
